• Smart MCCB is a smart breaker. It combines protection metering, monitoring timer automaton event records notice. It comes in 4 frame currents ratings, 125A, 250A, 400A & 630 Amp.
• It offers protection from overload, short circuits earth leakage, phase loss, over and under voltage and is capable of auto reclose.
• It measures and monitors electrical circuits parameters like rare residual current value, the long delay time for overload, short time-delay for short circuit, instantaneous time for short circuits, over voltage protection value and under voltage protection value.
• One of the most important and unique features provided is Spectrum MCCB temperature sensors. In case of rising of temperature of the wire due to overloads/ faults, MCCB will trip on the set value of temperature, eventually preventing fire, which is uncontrolled and unprotected at present.

Software Platform and Mobile Application

• Spectrum MCCB has two-way communication via cloud server through its communication i.e. it will receive the data and also send commands to the devices.
• The software platform includes two main parts electrical safety supervision and power management. An innovative cloud computing platform is designed to maintain to monitor, optimize and control the electrical system. Access to multi-level app operation version in smartphone level of access.
• The app enables to operate MCCB individually or switched on/off all together remotely. For safety, it cannot be switched on through App if the device is switched off manually by the maintenance staff at work at the site.
• The app shows electrical circuit parameters like voltage current power temperature earth leakage current and in real time on mobile phone & dashboard.
• App also enables the setting of overcurrent over/ under voltage values remotely, power consumption curves may be shown in app hourly and monthly.
• Autotest of residual (earth leakage) current can be carried on a fixed date of each month instead of manual testing at the site.
• In case of power demand cut, it will also be possible to set the limits on daily, weekly or monthly as required remotely through an app.
• The app will provide complete safety and power monitoring and control in real time of all the device of MCCBs provided.
